  • 1 jar (20 ounces) CUCINA MODERNA® Vodka Sauce
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3/4 cup loosely packed flat Italian parsley leaves
  • 1/3 cup sliced toasted almonds
  • 6 New York strip steaks (about 2 inches thick)
  • kosher salt and ground black pepper


  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place sauce, peppers, garlic, vinegar, paprika, parsley and almonds in blender jar. Pulse 1 min. until all ingredients are finely chopped.
  • Season steaks on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Grill 7-8 min. on each side or until medium-rare doneness (145ºF). Rest steak 5-10 min. before slicing and serving with sauce.
